Do I need the Growth Strategy Intensive or the Diagnostic Report?

If you’ve never had a documented growth strategy, or you’re building a new venture, start with the Intensive. If you already have campaigns and channels running but results have plateaued, the Diagnostic Report will get you an answer faster and at a lower cost.

What if I've already done a SWOT analysis or defined our personas before?

Most businesses have fragments of this work sitting somewhere. What’s usually missing is the connection between them, and a document that turns that thinking into a prioritised plan. We build on what you already have rather than starting from zero where it makes sense.

Do we have to hire Born Digital to execute the strategy afterward?

No. The deliverable is yours. Some clients hand it to their internal team, some bring in a different agency, and many choose to continue with us because the handover into execution is seamless. There’s no obligation either way.

Who needs to be involved from our side?

For the Growth Strategy Intensive, we need your executive leaders or owners in the room, since the decisions made in that session need buy-in at the top. For the Diagnostic Report, we primarily need access to your existing performance data and marketing accounts.

How fast can we start?

 Both engagements are fixed-scope and can typically begin within one to two weeks of approval, depending on our current workshop calendar.
