Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was received from our warehouse, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping is solely the responsibility of you, the customer. Exceptions to this policy may be granted if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item(s). Please contact customer service if this is the case. There are no credits, refunds or other costs that BornDigital and its entities will incur for you to return any item purchased from our website.
